◆ The right to object. Under certain circumstances, you are able to object to us using your data in a certain way.
◆ Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling. We don't use any automated decision making or profiling.
◆ Right to revoke an already given consent.
◆ Right to voice a concern over our handling of your data.
◆ Right to ask a data protection question. We will try to answer any data protection questions as best we can.

• The right to erasure.

Under certain circumstances, you are able to have your data deleted.
The circumstance are -

◆ You are a Hirer who has consented to show their contact data on the BAY Centre's websites and you have withdrawn consent.
◆ You are a Volunteer who has consented to their emails being used to communicate with them and have withdrawn consent.
◆ You are a Volunteer who has consented to their names being recorded in BAY Centre meeting minutes and have withdrawn consent.
◆ You are a Donor or Grantor who has consented to their photo and/or name being used in a publicity article and have withdrawn consent.
◆You are a Donor or Grantor who has consented to receive further information about your gift and its use.
◆ You are an individual who has consented to their photo and/or name being used in a publicity article and have withdrawn consent.
◆ You are objecting to your image being recorded on the BAY Centre's CCTV.
◆ You are an individual whose personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose which it was originally collected or processed.

• The right to restrict processing.

Under certain circumstances you can restrict what we do with your data.We are using the ‘Data Object’ form to also request to restrict processing of your data.

The circumstance are -

◆ you contest the accuracy of your personal data and we are verifying the accuracy of the data;
◆ the data has been unlawfully processed (ie in breach of the lawfulness requirement of the first principle of the GDPR) and you oppose erasure and requests restriction instead;
◆ we no longer need the personal data but you need us to keep the data in order to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim; or
◆ You have objected to us processing your data under our Legal Interests, and we are considering whether our legitimate grounds override yours.
